Located in the heart of Fort Myers at Terminal Access Road, Beaches Boardwalk Cafe offers a slice of American comfort food in a casual setting. With a dynamic menu comprising scrumptious bites such as Chicken Tacos, jumbo Caribbean Shrimp, and classic burgers, there's something to please every palate. However, reviews indicate a mixed bag of experiences.
Lisa Meminger found the nachos delightful but noted a disappointing chip-to-topping ratio, leaving her with soggy remnants after a hefty $60 bill for drinks and snacks. Despite the price, the atmosphere was commendable, especially during quieter times at the airport. In contrast, Sandra Weightman praised the club sandwich and crispy fries but raised concerns over the slow service, suggesting that while the food is worth trying, it may not suit those in a hurry.
Overall, Beaches Boardwalk Cafe shines with its flavorful offerings but may benefit from improved service efficiency to better meet the needs of its airport clientele. It's a charming stop for travelers seeking a leisurely meal, provided time allows for a more relaxed dining experience.

Customers appreciate the quick seating and efficient food delivery, which is noteworthy given the frequent high traffic at this airport-adjacent location. The food quality receives positive feedback, with particular mentions of flavorful dishes and well-prepared options like the veggie burger and signature items. The ambiance is described as comfortable and suitable for casual dining. Overall, the cafe is valued for balancing speedy service with good food quality, making it a reliable choice for travelers and locals seeking a satisfying American dining experience near the airport.
We were there recently and were pleasantly surprised with the food and service. We were seated promptly; shout to Jason for the good service. We ordered the veggie burger and the big kahuna. We left satisfied and found it to be a good place to eat. The hot sauce had a kick to it, which we enjoyed. Thanks to servers and chefs!
Servicer was attentive and friendly. Food was good, for airport food, and came out quickly.
Service was very quick and the food was delicious. The ambiance is also good.
Super busy today but our server Andrea was great! She was attentive and did a great job! We always stop here on our way home, but I have never seen it as busy as today! Great job Andrea and thanks!!
This staff hustles. They are busy every time I am here. I’m here almost every month. The food is good. But the service is great, given the amount of traffic they get.
Great spot to have a cold drink, and some good convo, with Matt, the bartender. ...hes witty, and happy. Its a very nice, refreshing place before a long flight. If your social, you can meet great people here.
Only had gin bloody marys at the bar, but they were excellent. Great, attentive friendly service from Marilyn as well
I do think this is the best sit down option in Terminal B, however that doesn’t say much in my opinion. The nachos tasted good, but the topping to chip ratio is way off. Most chips were soggy, and by the end we had no chips and tons of toppings sitting on the plate. Too expensive for what it is, a beer, a cocktail, and nachos were over $60 and we still needed to get dinner somewhere else. We were there at a very slow time in the airport, so the place was mostly empty and we had no problems with the service.
Our server Coreena was great excellent customer service. Blackened Mahi Caesar Salad was great.
I recently visited Beaches Boardwalk Cafe and decided to share our experience. We split a club sandwich with french fries. While we enjoyed the hot food, the service left much to be desired. The sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy, but it took an unusually long time for our order to arrive at the table. If you're in the mood for a leisurely meal with good food, you might still give it a try. However, if you're pressed for time, this might not be the best option.
